GERCAFÉ
Quality, scale & traceability

A very good coffee — and a rare amount of it from one place.

It starts with the cup: clean, sweet, defect-free, specialty grade. What's rare is that it comes in real volume from a single contiguous estate — fully traceable and scalable — so the coffee you approve is the coffee that keeps arriving, container after container.

One estate, real scale

Over 400 hectares. One owner. One cup.

Most Colombian traceability breaks down because a container is assembled from hundreds of smallholders — and the cup drifts with it. Ours comes from one owner's contiguous estate of more than 400 hectares, farmed as a single place. The blocks sit side by side on the same soils and altitudes, so the profile holds across many containers — and dealing with one professional owner means the records are clean and the commitments are kept.
